In line with our core value of excellence we embarked on Capacity Development and Youth Empowerment with our Professional Real Estate Consultancy training (PRC). Our Professional Real Estate Consultancy Course is an evolutional value stream to the Global Real Estate industry. Real Estate is strategic industry that enables wealth redistribution at ease, the practice propagating the Values by encouraging individuals and groups to take advantage of landed property ownership and investment requires some level of professionalism. With well over 3 thousand consultants, we have been able to train and empower above a 200 persons to be millionaires in 2022.

The Lagos State Government has pioneered the revolution via the establishment of LASRERA to curb fraudulent practices in the industry but we have analysed beyond just FRAUDLENT PRACTICES to understand the reasons for the seeming distrust and unwholesome practices to gross ignorance of the rudiments of real estate by brokers, investors and buyers. To overcome this ignorance, we created the Professionals Real Estate Consultancy training as a platform to educate major players in the industry and educate, individuals to learn and provide advisory services to buyers and investors with the support of institutional mentors in core practices such as Legal, town planner, surveyors, architect, business developers, estate developers and more.

The PRC is raising professionals who will practice realtorship in accordance with statutory laws of the Federal and State Government especially with institutions like LASRERA which we are a proud licensee.

With clearly defined mission of empowerment, knowledge and wealth creation, we wooed the collaboration of United Nations to develop a course and train our alumni on: Innovative Entrepreneurship and leadership in Real Estate with globally recognized certification.

Mr. Rotimi Ojamamoye

Business Analyst

He is a trained business development strategist and consultant. Having worked with one of the foremost Venture capitalist’s companies in Nigeria as a freelancer, he rose to become the Manager of their breakthrough projects, INC. He let for the Uk for advanced Education in Business Administration (West London College-Herriot Wat University). His innate creativity and innovations made him return to Nigeria to explore opportunities.

Mrs Olamide Akin-Owolabi

Human Resource Manager

Olamide is the Executive Director, Customer Experience. She is a certified Project Manager (PMP) a member of the Nigeria Society of Engineers (MNSE) with over 20 years’ Experience in information technology in the banking industry working with internal and customer facing applications to deliver financial and business tools. She retired from banking to start and partner with other businesses in Engineering, Agriculture and E-commerce. Her experience in agriculture spans the Poultry industry, Food processing and packaging and Oil Palm refine and packaging.

Bar. Folorunso M. Fadairo

Legal Counselor

He is also the Managing Partner of FT Realtors, a property consultancy firm. He counsel Clients on diverse issues arising from Search, Assignments and Leasehold, sales and Acquisition of property and perfection of Title. Folorunsho Fadairo was in the employ of Chief Rotimi William’ Chambers since July 1991. He Joined as a Litigation Officer (1993) and he was later promoted to the position of the Personal Assistant (1994) to legal luminary, Chief Frederick Rotimi Alade Williams CON, CFR, SAN fondly called “TIMI THE LAW’ (of blessed memory). He was later appointed as the Practice Manager of the Chief Rotimi Williams’ Chambers in 2018.

Mr. Benjamin Ogbobe

Mr. Ogbobe, Benjamin is an Experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Budgeting, Business Planning, Value Engineering, and Contractors. Strong business and people development professional with a Professional Post Graduate Diploma focused in Public Relations. He is a proactive individual with a logical approach to challenges, who perform effectively even within a highly pressurize working environment. He excels at interfacing with others at all levels to ensure organizational goals are attained, and possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
